📦 Returns
- We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Returns will not be accepted for:
- Opened or used cosmetics/skincare products.
- Items bought on sale or during promotional offers.
- Gift cards or downloadable products.
💵 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the product was damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund.
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@theglossco.com with your order details and photos of the product.
